Day one was a whirlwind!

Today we visited the Casco Viejo (historical part of Panama City), the Panama Canal and enjoyed a traditional Panamanian lunch. We ended the day with an amusing trip to the grocery store to buy five days worth of food to shlep over to Saboga on the ferry.
